How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Find Picksy in the list and tap Cancel Subscription.
How do I restore a previous purchase?
Open Picksy, go to the paywall screen, and tap "Restore Purchase" at the bottom. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase.
How do I delete my account?
Open Picksy, go to your Profile tab, scroll down, and tap "Delete Account". This permanently removes all your data including your picks, friends, and account information. The action cannot be undone.
I'm having trouble signing in.
Make sure you're connected to the internet. If you signed up with Apple, you can manage which apps use Sign in with Apple in Settings → Apple ID → Sign in with Apple. If you signed up with Google, make sure the Google account you're using is the same one you originally signed up with.
My friend can't see my picks.
Picks are only visible between mutual friends. Make sure they've accepted your friend request. Friends Mode requires a Picksy Premium subscription.
