Picksy ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Picksy mobile application (the "App"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive and store:
We do not receive or store your legal name, profile photo, or password.
We do not directly collect your location, contacts, device identifiers, advertising IDs, or any biometric data through Picksy's own systems. We do not use third-party analytics SDKs. See the Advertising section below for information processed by Google Mobile Ads.

We do not sell your data. We do not use the account data described above for advertising. Google Mobile Ads operates separately as described below.

Picksy uses Google AdMob, also known as Google Mobile Ads, to display advertisements. Google Mobile Ads may process information such as:
This information may be used for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, and improving ad performance. In regions where consent is required, Picksy uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to collect and manage applicable privacy choices. Users who purchase Picksy Premium do not receive ads, but privacy and consent infrastructure may remain available where legally required.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we permanently delete your profile, all picks, and all friend connections from our systems. This action is irreversible.
To delete your account, go to Profile → Delete Account in the App.
Picksy is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We use HTTPS for all data in transit. Your authentication is handled via industry-standard OAuth 2.0 through Supabase. We do not store passwords.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below. Account deletion is available directly in the App.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
